I remember when MS was doing this multiple SKU PS3 fans where all over it...Now we hear this line of "Oh we want to give the player options" If that isn't MS I don't know what is. Well MS should release a new SKU, and I suspect we will see a Blu-Ray version very soon, with all the extras you have to buy within the system. Yeah it's coming...
This game is going to be huge for the game industry in spring. It's guranteed to sell on both consoles. I heard all the pics released so far have been the 360 version. Any validity to that?
Well I'm glad it got some good reviews Famitsu gave it a 33 out of 40, and now 4 out of 5. Solid. I'm also looking for Tri-Ace to blow the hinges of the door with Infinite Undiscovery. Man I just think the PS3 (We need rumble, and don't buy games, but love PC, but everything is better on PC) crowd is jealous. Besides the chances of 360 owners giving this game a shot is pretty big.
I don't get how an rpg like Blue Dragon coming out on a young system like the 360 and selling 500...
Yeah DMC4 with rumble for me...I also am looking forward to NG2, and Lost OD looks like a solid purchase. GTA4 should be a great title to own also. Then you are comparing it to Crysis engine (which needs an obsecene amount of computer hardware to run at its best, and is better on the PC by the way, not PS3) and Uncharted engine (Which is soooooooooo unproven for any other system than the PS3)Which by the way things are going would run even better on a 360? With all that performance power, and madden can't run well...I have yet to see any site claim Uncharted to be the best looking next gen game out there. Also how in the world would fanboys know more about PS3 hardware than actual developers? Here's my problem with the this whole HD comparison. They both were not done on HDMI. Only the PS3. They also did not note the fact that the game is not in 1080p which was supposed to be "HD doesn't start until we do it" Sony's claims when the resolution gets set to 480p on the PS3. Further more like many have said. OUT OF THE BOX the 360 wins hands down. Even in these pics you can still see the blur effect on the PS3 which again, has been stated to hide the faults of the graphic ca...
If this where one of the few multiplatform games that disprove the PS3 isn't better than the 360 I'd blow off the comparisons. Yet there are way too many examples of the 360 outperforming the PS3. We also have to keep in mind that this game did not start out as a 360 game. Capcom had to get it up too speed with the PS3. Clearly from the screenshots you can see how washed out the PS3 version is. There is this gray mesh over the textures, which blurs the screen. This is something I have noticed...
Just finished playing the 360 demo...Amazing. You have rumble, you have custom soundtrack, and the graphics are incredible but pale compared to the gameplay. The game feels nice on the 360 pad, not flimsy and cheap...I was hoping Capcom wouldn't skimp out because it was multiplatform by making it like DMC2. Soooooooo happy. Good show Capcom.
MGS4 will be a decent game like the last one. Came and went. The same will be for Splinter Cell Conviction. Way too many games coming down the pipe to get caught up. Haze has been nothing but hype, and people keep acting like it Halo 3 and will sell like it. I was wondering if Blu-Ray stopped suckage from being released on the PS3. Last time I checked a new format couldn't fix that...
